The Horizon Fitness Oxford 6 does not specify fixed resistance values in kilograms for the individual resistance levels. The rowing machine features 20 electronically adjustable magnetic resistance levels.
A direct conversion of the levels to kilograms is not technically possible since it is not a weight stack. The actual resistance experienced depends not only on the selected level but also on the pulling speed, movement dynamics, and individual rowing technique.
The levels therefore serve as a relative adjustment: Level 1 offers the lowest and Level 20 offers the highest resistance. The manufacturer does not provide specific kilogram values for each level.
