The Nohrd Sling Trainer is a compact sling trainer made of solid wood – for indoors and outdoors. Despite its minimal footprint, it offers almost the full range of exercises of large strength equipment: The movable wooden rings challenge the entire musculature to maximum activity through permanent instability – ideal for functional full-body training, calisthenics and mobility.
The infinitely adjustable rings (Ø 24 cm) can be adjusted in height quickly and securely using the integrated clamping mechanism. Attachment with a carabiner to the ceiling or a suitable branch – ready for use in a few seconds. The black-stained wooden rings offer various grip positions for push, pull, and core exercises.

24 cm Rings: We attach great importance to the use of natural materials for a pleasant feel and optimal grip. The rings have a diameter of 24 cm and can withstand loads of up to 150 kg.
Variable Lengths: The rope length can be continuously adjusted using the unique pull mechanism with the ball, allowing for new training positions and challenges.
Sling training is indeed multidimensional, as it involves working in different and complex ways simultaneously. It trains entire muscle groups as well as deep muscles through exercises with one's own body weight. Thanks to the instability caused by the free-moving rings, sling training is not only about strength training but also sensorimotor training.
