The 50 mm barbell bar with a smooth sleeve is ideal for professional strength training at home or in the studio. Complementing dumbbell training, the barbell bar enables fundamental exercises to effectively work all muscle groups – from chest, shoulders, and neck to biceps, triceps, legs, and back.

Thanks to the precise knurling and grip marking, slipping is reliably prevented, and the risk of injury is reduced to a minimum. Two ball bearings per sleeve ensure a fluid spin when the bar rotates – for clean technique and maximum control under load.

The bar is available in 4 different lengths (1.5 m / 1.8 m / 2.0 m / 2.2 m) and can hold up to 300 kg.
