The BLACKROLL® KNEE BOX combines targeted self-massage with mobilization and strengthening. The knee set includes a TWIN foam roller, a TRIGGER with handle and two LOOP BAND resistance bands. In addition, you get exclusive access to an online training program with exercises for recovery, mobility, and muscle building. This allows you to support your knees in everyday life and sports, both preventively and as support for discomfort.
The 30 cm long TWIN foam roller supports the self-massage of muscles and fascia. Its central cutout is particularly suitable for use on the legs. The shape enables targeted massage and can promote blood circulation.
With the TRIGGER , you can specifically work on deeper tensions. Use it against the wall or on the floor. For use with the hand, the tool can be combined with the included handle, which fits well in the hand and relieves the fingers.
The two 32 cm long resistance bands support exercises to strengthen the leg muscles and stabilize the leg axes. The orange LOOP BAND offers light resistance, the green one medium. Choose the intensity according to your training level or combine both bands. The included online training shows you suitable exercises.
