The 7.5 kg Pink Technique Bar, with a total length of 183 cm, is ideal for use as a training barbell/technical barbell, or as a youth or women's barbell. Consisting of a 28 mm thick aluminum bar and 50 mm diameter chrome-plated steel holders with ball-bearing swivels, this bar is perfectly balanced and can support a maximum load of 65 kg.
The extra non-slip knurling with double grip width marking ensures safe and professional handling.

The stated maximum load capacity of the barbell is only achieved under optimal conditions! The theoretically highest load capacity is possible for wide-grip exercises, such as bench presses. The maximum load capacity is lowest for point-to-point, central load transfer, such as squats.
Failure to comply with the load limits and application areas specified in the tables may result in damage to the dumbbells! Exchanges and warranty claims are excluded in this case!
