The NOHrD Eau-Me Balance Board made of veneered multiplex board (Ø 64 cm, 10 versions) brings a unique training component to balance training: The stable plastic casing is filled with approx. 6.5 liters of water – and that's precisely what makes the difference.
With every movement, the water shifts dynamically and unpredictably. No fixed pattern, no routine – the body must react in real-time to constantly changing stimuli. This specifically activates the deep muscles, trains balance, and increases core stability at a completely new level. Whether as an addition to strength and functional training, for rehabilitation, or as an independent balance unit – the Eau-Me Board flexibly adapts to any training program.
Traditional exercises like squats, sit-ups, lunges, and push-ups are trained more effectively: water means constant movement and thus encourages the body to activate stabilizing muscles. The result: improved coordination and core musculature. We recommend using the Eau-Me Board on an exercise mat.
