The TRX ropes are of exceptionally high quality. Their special construction prevents fraying, and the comfortable rubber handles provide optimal grip for every exercise. With a diameter of 3.8 cm, the rope is easy to grip and fits all hand sizes. The two lengths of 9 m and 15 m allow for training for beginners and professionals alike – the longer the rope, the greater the challenge.
