The 14-way adjustable backrest and the 4-way adjustable seat offer precise adjustment to the desired positions. Furthermore, the backrest can be adjusted to -10° negative, which allows for additional special exercise variations. There are option attachments at the front and back, which allow for the attachment of various options, thereby significantly expanding the range of exercises.

The backrest of the ATX® Multi Bench Ultimate is adjustable in 14 positions. The individual grid points are:
−10°, 0°, 20°, 30°, 35°, 40°, 45°, 50°, 55°, 60°, 65°, 70°, 75° and 83°.
This allows the bench to be used both in a negative position and as a flat bench, incline bench, and nearly upright shoulder press bench. The seat is additionally adjustable in 4 positions at 0°, 10°, 20° and 30°.
The backrest of the ATX® Multi Bench Ultimate is 27 cm wide. The lying surface is specified by the manufacturer as 1.220 × 270 mm (L × W). The 27 cm wide padding provides a stable support surface without unnecessarily restricting shoulder blade movement during pressing exercises.
The ATX® Multi Bench Ultimate is shipped via freight. The shipping weight including packaging is approximately 50 kg without pallet. The weight of the weight bench itself is approximately 45 kg.
