For wall mounting the ATX® Gladiator pull-up bar, a total of eight suitable anchors or heavy-duty anchors are required. These are not included in the delivery, as the required fastening technology depends on the nature and load-bearing capacity of the respective wall.
Mounting should be carried out exclusively on a sufficiently load-bearing, solid wall, such as a concrete wall or stable solid masonry. The anchor type and required anchoring depth must be selected to match the existing material and the expected load.
For perforated clay blocks, aerated concrete, or other special masonry types, an approved fastening system suitable for that material is required. Lightweight, drywall, or non-load-bearing partition walls are not suitable for direct mounting without an appropriately load-bearing substructure.
If in doubt, we recommend having the wall condition and suitable fastening checked by a specialist contractor or specialist retailer.
