High-quality rubber mat for home gyms, fitness studios, and professional training areas – available in two thicknesses.
The Stardust Floor Protection Mat was specially developed for heavily used training areas. With its generous size of 1000 × 1000 mm and selectable thicknesses of 15 mm or 20 mm, it reliably protects floors from stress caused by fitness equipment, free weights, and intense training sessions. At the same time, it reduces noise and vibrations and ensures greater safety during training thanks to its non-slip surface. The characteristic Stardust design with cream-white speckles not only gives the mat a high-quality look, but also makes dust, chalk, and light dirt much less noticeable in everyday life than on plain black rubber mats.
The mat consists of SBR rubber with a PUR overlayer top coat in a Stardust design. Both layers are permanently bonded using a hot lamination process – for maximum durability even with regular heavy loads.
The generous 1000 × 1000 mm format allows for quick, uncomplicated self-assembly. If required, suitable ramp elements can be added to create a clean finish for the training area.
Cut edges of rubber mats generally do not need to be sealed or additionally treated after cutting. The material typically does not fray and can be laid directly after a clean, straight cut.
For the cleanest result, we recommend cutting the mat with a sharp utility knife and a sturdy cutting guide in several shallow passes. Any loose rubber particles should be removed afterwards.
