The ATX® 45° Extension Arm (Art. No. ATX-FLY-BAR) expands your ATX® Frame Rig 700 with additional exercises for speed strength, explosiveness, and pull-ups.

With two extension arms and four pull-up bars (Art. No. ATX-MON-), a flying pull-up bar can be set up – ideal for flying pull-ups, pull-ups, climbing exercises, as well as the use of gymnastic rings, suspension trainers, and resistance bands.
