• Thanks to the RAS (Roller Adjustment System), the bench always automatically adjusts to the correct angle and distance from the barbell after adjusting the incline. This ensures safe lifting and lowering of the barbell at all times.
• The seat height is reduced by up to 10 cm depending on the angle of the backrest
• The lower seat height is advantageous for incline bench presses, neck presses, and various dumbbell exercises. This offers clear advantages in terms of safety and handling.
• With pivoting reinforcement strut for heavy loads in the flat position
