The Seated Plate-Loaded Rowing Machine - BH Fitness trains the back muscles with a guided, stable rowing motion. Two grip positions, neutral and pronated, add variety to the workout. The seat can be adjusted to 17 positions, allowing users to find the right training position.
As part of the PLR series, the machine combines a space-saving design with the robust build of a plate-loaded fitness machine. It is suitable for gyms as well as hotels, residential complexes, and boutique training areas. The matte black anti-corrosion coating is designed for damp environments and frequent contact with sweat; red accents round off the appearance.
Non-slip rubber grips, fire-resistant high-density poly foam padding, and rubber foot protectors ensure comfort and everyday durability. The PLR300 is compatible with 50 mm weight plates. Two side plate racks keep additional weight close at hand. Maximum load: 200 kg, of which up to 100 kg per plate rack.
