ATX® Add-On Flex Plate - Flexible, rubberized fine weights for steady progression!
Available in pairs in weight sizes 0.25 kg, 0.5 kg, and 1.0 kg. The ATX® Add-On Flex Plates are small, additive weight plates for a fine-tuned weight increase of existing standard weights. Thanks to the unique flex design, which is open on one side and features a flexible rubber connection on the opposite side, the Add-On Plates can be easily and quickly attached to the handle of a kettlebell or barbell. The color-coded rubber coating protects handles/equipment from damage. This way, the fixed weight of the dumbbell or kettlebell can be increased in fine increments.
Such small-step progression can thus achieve a constant, gradual weight increase. The Add-On Flex Plates are available in sizes 0.25 kg, 0.5 kg, and 1.0 kg and fit all barbell bars/handles with a diameter of 25 – 34 mm.

With additional weights in small sizes, you can maximize your training level. Through small steps in the higher weight range, the muscle adapts more easily to the load and can thus be further developed gradually. However, the small extra weights can also be used in the lower weight range to increase the training weight in smaller but safer steps. You can use the Flex Plates both on classic dumbbells or on a kettlebell.
