Fango agitator type FAK - vessel made of V2A stainless steel or high-density aluminum, double jacket with thermal filling for fast and even heat transfer, thick-walled insulation. Aluminum lid with lifting aid and safety contact (switches off the agitator when opened). Agitator is driven by a quiet-running worm gear motor, directly driven from below and installed concealed. Heated, long-lasting outlet valve NW 50. Overheating protection via temperature limiter. Control unit equipped with: on/off switch, interval switch (FAK 40 without interval switch), continuous stirring via timer 60 min., infinitely variable temperature controller, automatic sterilization 130 °C, indicator lights for heating and sterilization, green/yellow/red safety indicator.
